By far the best Hot Pot in Singapore. Service is great food is fresh. There is a nice little ballpit playground for kids to play as well. But the service is by far the best. Only minus is that it’s almost impossible to walk-in on busy peak periods and when it is very busy sometimes the floors are slippery.
Used to love their collagen soup base but somehow I think their standard dropped tremendously. Those collagen soup you find in NTUC is even better.Great atmosphere, service was ok.
Made a booking before hand so we didn't even have to queue.The food at BITP is verbally very good and value for money. Some say even better than the counterpart HDLCondensed milk with fried bun is always abit side dish. The fried buns just hit home so well .The beef was well marbled for it's price point and the soup bases here are all amazing too

The waiting time for the reception staff to attend to me is a bit slow. It's no queue at all.For foods, it's not too bad, but the beef combo I've ordered is not well prepared. The beef codes are totally "iced". they should not be in this way.I will give a 2.5 star on the Pricing, as it's almost the same as their competitors, so nothing is better than them.Unless the foods are so special that others can't copy, if all are the same, then what are the differences ?

Pretty good experience. The price point is higher than I expected. Maybe I didn’t order well but it came out around $90 per pax. Or maybe that’s just the going rate to have hot pot in Singapore now days. I do however like that they have a small playground for kids to kill some time and let the adults eat in peace 😮💨

Had hotpot here last night with my colleagues. Food was great like any other hotpot places but what really stood out was the level of service they provided. The staff that was serving our table was really attentive throughout our meal and made the experience very enjoyable.

FOR CUSTOMER LOOKING TO PATRONISE AND EAT AT BEAUTY IN THE POT, PLEASE SCROLL TO THE END FOR SUMMARY.Context: Went for a family get together and dinner at Beauty In The Pot at centrepoint between 7.30pm to 9.15pm on 25 Nov 2023Experience: Beauty In The Pot has always given me a decent experience. Food is consistent across most outlets and servers are generally responsive and accommodating. However, it's unfortunate that it was a pretty bad experience for me and my family when we visited the Centrepoint outlet. Some key pointers to note were:(i) The sauce and sides counter was often out of the key ingredients and sides (I.e. out of coriander, spring onions and black fungus with black vignette). Had to specifically tell the service crew a few times before it got replenished. For the black fungus, it was never replenished during my entire stay.(ii) One of the female service crew was pretty rude when my parents requested for warm water towards the end of their meal.(iii) Service crew failed to follow up on request. We requested for the scum (layer of fatty dirt) to be removed. The same female service crew simply acknowledged and walked off without helping. We had to get another colleague to do it after 15 to 20mins later(iv) The last and final straw, we saw that the crew was busy and took the bill to the main counter to settle. We then proceeded to take a walk around the mall to digest our food before we walked past the store (a few times) as we make our way to the car park. At this moment we were stopped abruptly by one of the female service crew who asked if we had made payment. I showed my payment receipt and she was muttering about us not making payment and system did not capture the payment information. All this while she was rude and honestly left a bad impression. We went to the counter and understood from the male manager that it was a system error that the payment was not registered. We shared our feedback with the male manager on our overall dining experience and all we got was insincere response and apology.My thoughts: I understand the demands of F&B and therefore I can understand if service excellence may drop from time to time. It is understandable. What is not acceptable and understandable is when we as paying customers are being dragged back by one of the female service crew to the cashier to be accused of non payment in which the entire process was just rude. Male manager did not make it any better through his insincere responses and apology. And Beauty In The Pot, if I did not pay up, why would me and my family even stay in the mall and walk past your restaurant a few times?Conclusion: While food and soup base were good, customer service can be enhanced. Understandably it is a Saturday night but I do hope that management can relook at service crew training and also helping those service crew with additional headcounts. Last but not least, enhance your payment process/systems and look in incident resolution training. The root cause of this incident arises because of a system error in payment (as shared by the male manager) and the male manager looks ill equipped to resolve a problem; in this case an accusation of non payment against a customer who actually paid for the meal.Last words for the Management: Not matter how good your food is, service is always an important part of the customer experience and it can be the difference between a horrible and good experience. Take this as an opportunity to relook at internal ops and processes and use this to spur your outlet to improve and change. I am not sure if this will get through but I sincerely hope someone from Paradise Group or Beauty In The Pot can look into it.For other customers looking to eat here: If service is important for you and you have not tried Beauty In The Pot then consider other outlets for now. There are plenty of other outlets across the island for you to consider.Note: Ivy the outlet manager has reached out to apologise. She was sincere and maybe there is hope for the outlet....
The environment is beautiful, the family had a great time eating, the waiters were very attentive, especially Yujie was very friendly.

Of course hot pot is delicious, butThis store has seats overlooking the indoor pre-gras (must be requested at the time of reservation), so adults can enjoy a leisurely hot pot while the kids play.I'm also happy that the restrooms near the store have toilet seat covers for children.Mr. Chun, who was in charge of our table, was very fluent in Japanese and provided excellent customer service. (I almost had the illusion that this place was Japan.LOL)thank you very much!I will definitely visit you again soon ^_^

The collagen broth is a must try. The servers are good but they are definitely short staffed on a Friday night. It’s hard to get their attention at times.Their collagen broth is super! Great fresh food items as well.They offer free birthday cakes for those celebrating so another bonus point!
Very good place to have Shabu Shabu. Great tasting collagen base soup. Menu is great. And the perfect finisher a lime juice slushee to bring everything together.
Never saw an idea of cuisine like that, mixing by yourself different ingredients inside the soup, we were a bit confused at the begining but everything was finger licking good!

Our dinner was attended by 2 excellent service staff Fook Wei & Hai Qin. Their service is outstanding and they are both very attentive during the busy dinner service. Service standards and ambience are comparable to the other top tier hotpot operators. However, the choices for soup base is rather limited. I will avoid ordering the coconut soup as the sweetness does not go well with the hotpot dishes, taste more like a dessert. I was hoping that they offer to change the soup base. There is a better option at similar price point in my opinion.
Beauty in the pot hot pot shop. Our favorite soup is chicken soup. For me, it's just Mala soup. Not very wow There are many different types of meat to choose from. I like meatballs and bean curd.Our dipping sauce was prepared according to the taste that the restaurant recommended for us. It wasn't to our liking. Finally, we cook it in the flavor that we like to eat.#TravellingAsACouple
Went during non-peak hours, place was quite quiet which is good. Food was okay, nothing special. For soup base, couldn’t choose three flavours + one plain water (no option for this). Service was okay. Tablet for ordering was slightly dirty, oily with a piece of food (or something I couldn’t tell) on it. Prefer the competitor
Great place to have steamboat. The collagen soup and mala soup is very nice and the ingredients are of high quality especially the A4 Wagyu beef.
Mina is a wonderful service staff who pays great attention to details like topping up the soup, drinks etc at regular intervals. Especially the crystal beehoon that soaks up the fluid so quickly that she personally attended to it..
Everything five star, except medium spicy is not spicy at all so 4 stars. And the chili oil is not spicy either

Our go to place for hot pot craving. Though slightly on pricey side, the quality of ingredients they use is definitely worth it. The sauce station requires a special mention. My favourite being the sesame sauce with spicy mala chilli. The meats, seafood all are fresh. the collagen soup and tomato soup always hits the spot. Their fruits platter is so refreshing after alll the hot soups. Watermelon and oranges are the freshest I have had.Service is also so swift, prompt and always happy to help. They clean the soup foam the forms which is a nice touch. They also give a very nice slice of cake if it’s your birthday on the house. It’s small things like this makes this place worthy of multiple visits.

An additional highlight was the fully stocked condiment bar, which allowed for personalizing our hotpot to our liking. Had a great time here tonight with my family.Food was great. Service was also great.I noticed from recent reviews that the service from this outlet has suffered due to lack of staffs.But today, there are plenty of staffs around and they are all super efficient and friendly. I guess the management pulled resources from other outlets to improve the service level. Good job.

Was super unpleasant, as on that day on 12 September we have booked online for 7pm however, when my brother first reached they said table not yet ready, at the time our family members have yet all arrive.But about 708pm our whole family have arrived then I went to check with the receptionist again, so she said still not ready. Then we waited again. Finally until 730pm, me and my brother couldn't take in anymore as we felt shouldn't be so long, so I went to check with the another girl, she said table long ago already ready. Then I was like why did the girl receptionist tell me not ready? The answer that I have gotten was as she thought the whole family have yet reach, so never inform.But the most worst for their service is that, they don't check on the reservation list, if someone booked 7pm, and after 15 minutes most reputable restaurants they will call customer to check if they are coming for reservation ya? That time I booked Haidilao they do call also to confirm reservation. Then PLUS THEY DIDN'T CHECK THE WAITING AREA FOR THE CUSTOMERS WAITING TO GO IN.I have been several times to beauty in the pot at different outlet, but never gotten this experience. This girl receptionist is really a question and they should also work on the reservation protocol.Will never go this outlet again. If there is a 0 star, i would have given it.
Good quality produce and soup bases and even better service. The furniture and decor are really falling apart and sized very wrongly making it quite painful to sit at tight tables with hardly any space for your legs. The decor is also falling apart and the dining room is very tired.
I went to several BITP outlets but this was the worst experience for me and my family. Food was ok, hotpot standard. However, the environment and service were bad.Environment:We were given a corner seat as we had a baby pram. The corner was very cold and they did not had any blanket available.The seat was near the kitchen, we had to constantly hear them clearing the dishes which wasn’t very pleasant.Service: The waiter basically just served the food and drinks only. He did not bother to help us with any dishes (example other outlet or hotpot restaurant would usually ask if we would like their assistance to cook the prawn paste).Overall, we felt that the service did not meet our expectation for the price paid.

Don’t have any dish to specially recommend but would say that most of the food is good. The collagen broth comes at a premium but is pretty nice to drink on its own but cooking the meat in there doesn’t add too much flavour. On the other hand, the tomato soup adds more flavour to the food.Service wise, would say it’s visibly lacking if you compare it to its competitor who charge at the same price point. Still it’s nice that this outlet has a playground for kids to play around. Not much seats outside the shop for the waiting crowd, only a water dispenser.Have to say that the complimentary dessert drink that is offered at the end of the meal is really good. Wish they gave seconds for that!
My favorite hotpot place in Singapore. Wide varity of food and very friendly staffs. Giving appreciation to this lady FangFang, for being very helpful and always so cheerful at work. Highly recommended to dine in here.

book 1 room for 10 pax and we order drinks and food excluding seafood. when settle for bill , staff give us receipt ask us to check. How to check the items in the list where all the plates /bottles have been cleared. estimated 200 +++ / person base on 10 person ( without order any seafood.). 10 persons turn up for the gathering and the shop charge us 19 person $$$ . conclusion= food is overprice , might well book 1 table at chinese restuarant with better food And drinksi
My only letdown (that is if you can call it as a negative) was that no staff accompanied us out when the evening was over. Otherwise it was a perfect night

One of the best hot pots in Singapore. Selection of soup bases are good, quality of food is better than most other alternatives. Service is impeccable but can be overbearing when they keep coming to clear the plates.
The service was very good, on the whole, a very pleasant dining experience.When asked for the name & country of origin of the yummy mandarin oranges served at the condiments counter, the waitress went all out to find out & reported back.
This was so disappointing, i waited for food for 2 hours and nothing was happening. Worst experience ever do not recommend at all. Please stay away from this place, they do not respect their customers, i hope u guys close
First time here but was very impressed with the service I received despite it's dinner time. The staff were attentive to the needs of the diners throughout the entire dining session eg refills of drinks, clearing the empty plates, scooping the noodles etc. Friendly and helpful and always try to answer the questions to the best of their ability. Will definitely return to this branch at The Star Vista. Keep up the good work!
Can't comment much on the food but the service was slightly below average in my opinion considering the fact that you're paying premium for basic hotpot dishes

Manager is nice. One of my favourite coconut soup base of all times. Lighting is abit too bright and pink though. Gives me a headache at times.
The service at the place is excellent. From the ordering of food, table service & staff recommendations are excellent.When ordering hotpot, their signature collagen soup stock makes for drinking & cooking the food elements. We ordered slightly too much, but we couldnt finish the soup, and we requested for the soup to be packed for a takeaway carrier.They also have excellent variety of sauces which allow you customize your dips. At the sauces table, there are a few other salads & greens that will whet your appetite.
I personally prefer Haidilao because the soup bases taste better & they have a wider condiment base. Wagyu cubes that are served in their wagyu platter are kinda meh though, not worth your money because they're definitely overcooked or undercooked by the end of it.

My group of friends and I were at Star Vista to watch a show and before that, we decided we want to have BITP after it ends so we made reservation online. However as we approached the outlet, we saw a queue of people waiting, at least 5 groups. We went to the front and told them we made a reservation but the staff (a Chinese guy) told us that we have to join the queue. I told him that I made a reservation already so why would I need to join the queue? He said impatiently that it’s to just guarantee us a table. This is very ridiculous. Then is he saying the people who walk in are not guaranteed a table? We left for another hotpot restaurant and BITP called us to ask if we’re nearby. We told them that we just came by and they told us to queue. They ended the call by reiterating the need to queue and thanked us.Very disappointing experience as it is my first time visiting this outlet. If you want to get a table at a certain time, make reservations elsewhere. Don’t come to this outlet as they open reservations but don’t cater to it. Don’t waste your time.

Walked into Beauty in the pot at Star Vista for a impromptu dinner on a weekday. There were vacancies at dinner time. Staff were on their toes with clearing our plates and clearing the floats on the surface of the soup. Collage soup is the best from Beauty in the pot! We ordered the side dishes for SGD4 - includes fruits and sauces too. The shabu shabu meat is fantastic! Loved the atmosphere and space.
Mar 2023. I always preferred this brand to HaiDiLau.The service was comparably impeccable. The food was better to my liking and minus the queue. We could even make reservations. We ordered my favourite soup base - collagen chicken soup.1 thing we learnt today was to avoid cooking the noodle in collagen soup, it would make it gooey. Should have dipped it in mushroom soup.The restaurant gave us complimentary dessert and peach cake.It was a real hospitable host.
First time trying out this branch at Star Vista.As usual the collagen soup is superb, once you start you can’t stop.Tried the coconut soup, sweet yet savoury and very refreshing. Those who never tried it before should give it a try.The Ling Ling Juan is nice, lives up to their reputation.Service is a little bit lacking, but overall steamboat experience and satisfaction is still there.Even my in laws whos not a fan of steamboat kept praising how fantastic the soup base was.If the service can step up abit more and be more personalised, it will be a plus point.They have this gacha at the entrance and mini playground. The kids love it 👍🏻
Went there for lunch on a Sunday. Totally didn't think about church service, so parking at Star Vista was quite a nightmare. The hotpot experience itself was pretty good. The food was fresh, and the soup bases were tasty, but a little too salty for my liking. Service was OK, but can be further improved. For example, they served the birthday cake, but walked away without lighting the candle. Overall, it was a very decent hotpot meal, but pricey for the quality and compared with other establishments.
My go to place for steamboat. I always trust their standard of the collagen soup and their outstanding customer service.Food in general can be quite expensive but I feel its worth it based on the premium soup and the kind of service you are getting. I can never emphasize enough how attentive they are despite how full the restaurant is, and they always give the kind of appreciation like giving 90 degrees bow.Food wise I would say ingredients are always very fresh and well prepared. I always feel safe eating things like seafood here knowing they are always fresh and clean.

Because it was vday, the staff also surprised us with a lovely bouquet of soap roses, and a complimentary yuzu drink + marshmallow cake dessert. Completely unexpected, but so so lovely! We appreciated it.Other small things too like a return $30 voucher, aprons, and appetizers, completed the experience.It’s nice to dine somewhere where they value your business, and not some pretentious restaurant that capitalize and shake you down for every penny on vday.Compared to their competitor HaiDiLao, I would pick Beauty in a Pot any day for taste, value, and service 👍🏻

Went for reunion lunch and the process was smooth. Food was served swiftly and environment is nice.The appetisers and sauces are great as usual and my favourite soup base will always be the collagen soup. Amazing! Comes with many tofu and mushrooms alr, so don’t need to order more.Had their pork collar, tofu skin, potato slices, cheese balls and cabbage. All were fresh. Service is of course great and the ending yuzu slushie alike drink always makes my day!I actually like this more than hai di lao! HahaOh! The welcome drink - infused fruit drink is amazing!
Very impress with the service of the staff at VivoCity branch . Thankful and appreciate of the effort made by Xin yu , Xin Xin , Zhi ting and Shi Peng . They made my mother very happy . Throughout the whole process . They were very attentive and patient . Highly recommend this place .

I had an individual lunch set. It was great value with US beef (or other meat options), meatballs and a good selection of veggies and mushrooms. The food was fresh and the signature collagen soul was so good! The condiments buffet was complimentary because of the set. I liked the dipping sauce recipes. There was also a decent selection of sides and fruit and even ice cream and a lime juice granita at the end of the meal.Service was attentive and friendly.A lovely lunch!

I went here with my friend after watching Food King's video. My friend said she is very curious about this place and wanted to give it a try.So, when we visited Singapore, we went to this restaurant. We ordered a bunch of food and had a blast there. Everything was very fresh and the service is really good.
Love the cheerful staff, nice ambiance and tasty, savoury collagen filled soup that reminds me of fish maw soup we have during CNY! Love it!You get a thick slice of their delectable assortment of cakes if you let them know its your birthday!
I feel that the service staff is very attentive to details. I was served by Yuan Yuan at vivocity. She notice that i needed to change plates and more serviettes. Thank you for serving us and make our dinner a good experience.
I think they have one of the better indoor play area for kids and lunch time always has space without booking. Service not bad.

Yesterday I came to Vivo Meiziguo for dinner. The overall experience was very good. First of all, the environment here is very comfortable. You can watch the scenery while eating. The service is also first-rate. The waiters are very enthusiastic and attentive. The dishes are really good in color, flavor and flavor. Came here for dinner with a friend, my first time at BITP. The restaurant is huge, feels like a hidden walled city inside. The atmosphere is nice and the service is good. I liked the wide assortment of condiments at the sauce bar, and the quality of the hotpot ingredients was impressive. I did feel quite cold when I first sat down at my table, but once the pot was bubbling away and we started eating then I felt much better.
Nice restaurant with a view, too bad beauty in the pot standard has dropped so so so much in terms of service & food quality. Ordered the beef & it served like a plate of minced meat with fats, requested to change 3rd time before a more decent looking plate of meat was served. Started eating since 1st outlet at Kinex, super disappointing

The service from all the staff were very good, especially from Fong Yu who was exceptional. Highly recommend the new slimming spicy beef tallow pot it has a deep beef flavor with an aromatic spicy taste. 👍👍👍
