Very good place to have Shabu Shabu. Great tasting collagen base soup. Menu is great. And the perfect finisher a lime juice slushee to bring everything together.
Never saw an idea of cuisine like that, mixing by yourself different ingredients inside the soup, we were a bit confused at the begining but everything was finger licking good!
It’s our regular hangout place with family. Seating is spacious and staff is more attentive compared to other branches.
Exceptional service, Mimi take care of us very well. She even gave us complementary chocolate cake. The food is really good and it tastes better than the one in Thailand 🙂 love the collagen soup.
Our dinner was attended by 2 excellent service staff Fook Wei & Hai Qin. Their service is outstanding and they are both very attentive during the busy dinner service. Service standards and ambience are comparable to the other top tier hotpot operators. However, the choices for soup base is rather limited. I will avoid ordering the coconut soup as the sweetness does not go well with the hotpot dishes, taste more like a dessert. I was hoping that they offer to change the soup base. There is a better option at similar price point in my opinion.
Beauty in the pot hot pot shop. Our favorite soup is chicken soup. For me, it's just Mala soup. Not very wow There are many different types of meat to choose from. I like meatballs and bean curd.Our dipping sauce was prepared according to the taste that the restaurant recommended for us. It wasn't to our liking. Finally, we cook it in the flavor that we like to eat.#TravellingAsACouple
Went during non-peak hours, place was quite quiet which is good. Food was okay, nothing special. For soup base, couldn’t choose three flavours + one plain water (no option for this). Service was okay. Tablet for ordering was slightly dirty, oily with a piece of food (or something I couldn’t tell) on it. Prefer the competitor
Great place to have steamboat. The collagen soup and mala soup is very nice and the ingredients are of high quality especially the A4 Wagyu beef.
Mina is a wonderful service staff who pays great attention to details like topping up the soup, drinks etc at regular intervals. Especially the crystal beehoon that soaks up the fluid so quickly that she personally attended to it..
Everything five star, except medium spicy is not spicy at all so 4 stars. And the chili oil is not spicy either

Our go to place for hot pot craving. Though slightly on pricey side, the quality of ingredients they use is definitely worth it. The sauce station requires a special mention. My favourite being the sesame sauce with spicy mala chilli. The meats, seafood all are fresh. the collagen soup and tomato soup always hits the spot. Their fruits platter is so refreshing after alll the hot soups. Watermelon and oranges are the freshest I have had.Service is also so swift, prompt and always happy to help. They clean the soup foam the forms which is a nice touch. They also give a very nice slice of cake if it’s your birthday on the house. It’s small things like this makes this place worthy of multiple visits.

The star of the show was the collagen broth - a mouthwatering delight, rich in flavor and amazingly smooth. The service was top-notch with a courteous and efficient staff who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. An additional highlight was the fully stocked condiment bar, which allowed for personalizing our hotpot to our liking. Had a great time here tonight with my family.Food was great. Service was also great.I noticed from recent reviews that the service from this outlet has suffered due to lack of staffs.But today, there are plenty of staffs around and they are all super efficient and friendly. I guess the management pulled resources from other outlets to improve the service level. Good job.

Was super unpleasant, as on that day on 12 September we have booked online for 7pm however, when my brother first reached they said table not yet ready, at the time our family members have yet all arrive.But about 708pm our whole family have arrived then I went to check with the receptionist again, so she said still not ready. Then we waited again. Finally until 730pm, me and my brother couldn't take in anymore as we felt shouldn't be so long, so I went to check with the another girl, she said table long ago already ready. Then I was like why did the girl receptionist tell me not ready? The answer that I have gotten was as she thought the whole family have yet reach, so never inform.But the most worst for their service is that, they don't check on the reservation list, if someone booked 7pm, and after 15 minutes most reputable restaurants they will call customer to check if they are coming for reservation ya? That time I booked Haidilao they do call also to confirm reservation. Then PLUS THEY DIDN'T CHECK THE WAITING AREA FOR THE CUSTOMERS WAITING TO GO IN.I have been several times to beauty in the pot at different outlet, but never gotten this experience. This girl receptionist is really a question and they should also work on the reservation protocol.Will never go this outlet again. If there is a 0 star, i would have given it.
First time here but was very impressed with the service I received despite it's dinner time. The staff were attentive to the needs of the diners throughout the entire dining session eg refills of drinks, clearing the empty plates, scooping the noodles etc. Friendly and helpful and always try to answer the questions to the best of their ability. Will definitely return to this branch at The Star Vista. Keep up the good work!
Can't comment much on the food but the service was slightly below average in my opinion considering the fact that you're paying premium for basic hotpot dishes

Manager is nice. One of my favourite coconut soup base of all times. Lighting is abit too bright and pink though. Gives me a headache at times.
The service at the place is excellent. From the ordering of food, table service & staff recommendations are excellent.When ordering hotpot, their signature collagen soup stock makes for drinking & cooking the food elements. We ordered slightly too much, but we couldnt finish the soup, and we requested for the soup to be packed for a takeaway carrier.They also have excellent variety of sauces which allow you customize your dips. At the sauces table, there are a few other salads & greens that will whet your appetite.
I personally prefer Haidilao because the soup bases taste better & they have a wider condiment base. Wagyu cubes that are served in their wagyu platter are kinda meh though, not worth your money because they're definitely overcooked or undercooked by the end of it.
One of my most visited outlet even though I stay woodlands (40 mins driving)
My group of friends and I were at Star Vista to watch a show and before that, we decided we want to have BITP after it ends so we made reservation online. However as we approached the outlet, we saw a queue of people waiting, at least 5 groups. We went to the front and told them we made a reservation but the staff (a Chinese guy) told us that we have to join the queue. I told him that I made a reservation already so why would I need to join the queue? He said impatiently that it’s to just guarantee us a table. This is very ridiculous. Then is he saying the people who walk in are not guaranteed a table? We left for another hotpot restaurant and BITP called us to ask if we’re nearby. We told them that we just came by and they told us to queue. They ended the call by reiterating the need to queue and thanked us.Very disappointing experience as it is my first time visiting this outlet. If you want to get a table at a certain time, make reservations elsewhere. Don’t come to this outlet as they open reservations but don’t cater to it. Don’t waste your time.
Beauty in the PotHotpot brand of the Paradise Group serving a slightly more upscale version of the usual hotpot vibe. They have several tasty broths and ingredients on their menu.We liked their Spicy Nourishing Broth which had a Mala kick.The Damage (no drinks): S$80-120 for two
Walked into Beauty in the pot at Star Vista for a impromptu dinner on a weekday. There were vacancies at dinner time. Staff were on their toes with clearing our plates and clearing the floats on the surface of the soup. Collage soup is the best from Beauty in the pot! We ordered the side dishes for SGD4 - includes fruits and sauces too. The shabu shabu meat is fantastic! Loved the atmosphere and space.
Mar 2023. I always preferred this brand to HaiDiLau.The service was comparably impeccable. The food was better to my liking and minus the queue. We could even make reservations. We ordered my favourite soup base - collagen chicken soup.1 thing we learnt today was to avoid cooking the noodle in collagen soup, it would make it gooey. Should have dipped it in mushroom soup.The restaurant gave us complimentary dessert and peach cake.It was a real hospitable host.
First time trying out this branch at Star Vista.As usual the collagen soup is superb, once you start you can’t stop.Tried the coconut soup, sweet yet savoury and very refreshing. Those who never tried it before should give it a try.The Ling Ling Juan is nice, lives up to their reputation.Service is a little bit lacking, but overall steamboat experience and satisfaction is still there.Even my in laws whos not a fan of steamboat kept praising how fantastic the soup base was.If the service can step up abit more and be more personalised, it will be a plus point.They have this gacha at the entrance and mini playground. The kids love it 👍🏻
Went there for lunch on a Sunday. Totally didn't think about church service, so parking at Star Vista was quite a nightmare. The hotpot experience itself was pretty good. The food was fresh, and the soup bases were tasty, but a little too salty for my liking. Service was OK, but can be further improved. For example, they served the birthday cake, but walked away without lighting the candle. Overall, it was a very decent hotpot meal, but pricey for the quality and compared with other establishments.
My go to place for steamboat. I always trust their standard of the collagen soup and their outstanding customer service.Food in general can be quite expensive but I feel its worth it based on the premium soup and the kind of service you are getting. I can never emphasize enough how attentive they are despite how full the restaurant is, and they always give the kind of appreciation like giving 90 degrees bow.Food wise I would say ingredients are always very fresh and well prepared. I always feel safe eating things like seafood here knowing they are always fresh and clean.

Slimming beef mala is a must have, alongside the all time fav collagen soup base. Come early (530pm onwards) to avoid the queuing. Free corkage too so BYOB!

Service was perfect and the price includes a very refreshing Yuzu drink served during dessert, and free ice cream too. We usually go there for birthday celebration as they also serve a very good sized cake if you inform the staff.They also had balloon sculture left at the counter and small toys for the kids. There is also an indoor playground for the kids too.Special mention to staff Fong Yu and Min for their superb service. Thanks !
My first Beauty experience and I am glad to have chosen to visit this outlet! Recommend to sit further inside the restaurant for the view and less crowded. Restaurant had a small play area for kids and gives Gachapong FOC for kids,simple ice-cream (vannila/strawberry) provided. Baby chair and utensils are provided. Service was prompt without too much disturbances which I like. Collagen soup was no doubt the star of the restaurant, was rich with umami flavour (probably due to the generous dried scallops used). The mala broth is good, slightly spicy and numbing, nothing to shout out but feel that malatang cannot get much better than this anyway. Side dishes (fungus, peanuts, seaweed, marinated radish..) are yummy! The side dishes might different slightly for the 2 stations so can check them out. Especially liked the Thai sauce (is nice and not expected taste) and minced meat/mushroom sauce. One comment would be that they can be more prompt in the refills as the fruits especially had run-out. Another nice touch to the experience was the yuzu slushy desert which is free flow (feels like it was made from the Korean yuzu drink), very refreshing! Their ingredients was fresh and nicely arranged. However, some popped out more than others- soft bone pork balls, cheese balls, smashed prawn and ling ling rolls. Ramen is what you expect from ordering noodles from Paradise restaurant (yums). The fish shaped fish cake was unique but a tad too soft overall for me.
I always trust youThe price is a bit expensive though.The taste is good, the Vivo City branch is the most comfortable❤️❤️There are many employees who do not speak English.I am not satisfied with the service compared to the service charge.If you are Korean, you may feel that the medium spicy flavor is less spicy, but please note that it becomes spicy as it is boiled.It tastes healthy. I personally like it better than Haidilao❤️
It’s a good hot pot experience.The soup base is very delicious with strong flavor. We ordered the mala and tomato soup. Recommend to order one or two soup base only. Otherwise, the size of each part would become very small and not convenient to cook the food.The meat is also interesting here. The beef dice is super.The sauce & snack corner is clean and tidy. Free ice cream is always offered by the staff. The staff is also friendly and efficient.
Bo Yang was very attentive and always asked if we needed anything. Love it! Would come back just to be served by him again!
Terrible service but charging at HDL prices. Had to keep asking them to refill drinks, but most of the staff are so busy they dont bother to check.
Although there are many people during the dinner time, it is very busy. But the waiter Rong Rong was very patient and smiling.
Great food and service from Beauty in the Pot. Having a small play area inside the restaurant is always good to entertain the children while we order the soup and food. Were given a surprise complimentary cake at the end of our meal. Will come back again

Like other branches, they service good food and services. Fish Collagen soup is always the best thing in Beauty in a Pot. The soup is very thick and creamy, full with gelatin and collagen.
Came during off peak hours to enjoy the special promotion set - comes with 2 meat, dumping, cheese balls, noodles, veggie and black fungus, 3 broths. We topped up for the beauty collagen soup. Can feed around 3 ppl.The meats was fresh and yummy. Soup broths was also great - I feel that it’s nicer than HDL, especially the tomato soup. The la mian noodles was very chewy and Q!Service was prompt and polite.
Food is great, and services are excellent. But the lack of manpower is glaring when you need simple things like an additional pair of chopsticks or someone to adjust the hotpot, as you need to wait awhile before someone passes by and get his/her attention. No mee dancing, like you see at haidilao. Nevertheless the food is very fresh and comes with a 20 percent discount after 10.00pm. The nice soothing music and songs also add to the nice ambience. Overall, great place to be in.
Pretty good soup bases and variety of dipping sauces. There’s a wide variety of ingredients to buy too.Since we were celebrating a birthday, we had a complimentary cake.Drunken chicken soup: 6/10Mushroom soup: 6/10Spicy soup: 6/10Collagen soup: 7/10. This is my favourite out of the four we tried.
Excellent service and ambience. Great view of Sentosa. Provided complimentary cake for 4 for my baby's full month. Slightly pricey at sgd120 for 2 adults and 2 children under 12. Very enjoyable lunch nevertheless, will be back for the next celebration!
Food is fresh. Soup is tasty. And there is something additive about the sauces.Can't comment about the price as it was a treat.Service is fine but could a bit more attentive and friendly. The wait staff does have a tad too sullen expression.
Weekdays value lunch set is worth it. Super customer service especially one of the staff, Wei Jun, who is very attentive and always smiling. Seeing that we have difficulty in handling the noodles, he brought us a pair if scissors. Thank you.Overall a pleasant experience. All customer service staff deserve 5 stars.
got the duo lunch set, NOT WORTH. the portion of meat given is so pathetic??? literally 5 pieces of each meat and this is for 2 pax..? i think ordering individually would be more worth… and oso i think cus we ordered the so called “value set” there was no service…???? only when i added on other items then they service us… horrible!!!
I visited with a 7pm reservation for 4 pax on 2 Nov 2023. I would like to commend Kar Loke who made our dining experience ever more enjoyable. My friends and I have frequented Bitp Westgate since it opened. Service standard varies. However, Kar Loke definitely stood out. He was very attentive, efficient and friendly. We hope that he will continue to keep up the good work and get rewarded for his efforts!
Avoid peak hours walk in. Waiting time can be long.Other than this, everything was good for our last dine in with them.There is a small play area for the kids to keep them busy 🤣
The interior of the store is pink, which gives it a lovely feel.You can choose from up to four flavors of soup for your hotpot, and you can freely mix your own dipping sauce from among a wide variety.Order from your tablet.The quality of the ingredients such as vegetables, meat, and tofu was high.It was a shame that they only had sweet tea.

Everything is perfect! The service from the staff is attentive and the food is of top quality. Especially recommend the caviar and shrimp paste, served with tomato soup base. Very delicious and worth a try.
We came here for a birthday celebration. I enjoyed the collagen soup and food here such as the udon noodles, pork jowl.However, the service was extremely disappointing and uncalled for, especially when celebrating a beloved one’s birthday.1) The staff was less concerned about their service than the 90 mins time limit. We were seated late, food came slow, and did not have much time to finish the food.2) The staff had insisted on throwing in our ingredients into the soup near the time limit.3) The staff started to serve the desserts in a patronising manner while we were scooping the broth, putting it in front of us making it less comfortable for us.It might have been an outlet issue - a busy day for the less welcoming staff. However, it would be better not to take the risk, and instead enjoy other hot pots like HDL for a similar price.

I have eaten at Buona Vista outlet many times and the consistency in food quality has never changed. My review is about the first time I rode to outlet in escooter as I can no longer walk.There’s absolutely no fuss in the waitress reaction like in other restaurants. I could ride behind her and follow her. She brought me to a table, removed a side table and asked me to park there next to a seat! This is first class service and gets my respect.
Walk in on 09 Aug 2023 at around 3pm. There is no queue ahead of us so waiting time is less than one minute.Upon proceeding to the dining hall, the ambience is very nice.The food quality is very fresh and the collagen soup is very nice and tasty.Overall experience is good but customer service is ok only as the service staff seldom come to our table to clear the used plate and bowl.Will return to dine in if happen to drop by.
Been to this place for few times, food quality is consistent; my go to place for soup hot pot. Best with prime beef slice *slurpDumpling, prawn paste & bean curd skin are must ordered dish as well, great with either of the soup base.I find that recently may be very packed & the staff can be pretty occupied. Staff was helpful, my phone battery went flat & they are kind enough to help me charging my phone so after I finish my meal, the phone is charged to 50%, good for me to continue using.The complimentary ice blended yuzu is refreshing.
This is the best service in hotpot restaurant in Singapore. Food is very nice and fresh. Menu got a lot of items to order. We have plenty of complementary food. I do like Yuzu dessert 🍨. I think I will be regular customer this shop 😁
Ordered the collagen soup and spicy soup. The spicy one has a really good punch. Not recommended for those who can’t take spicy. But the collagen soup is very tasty.The wait staff are fast and efficient. Comparing with their main competitor, they lack in the food variety, service, dessert and condiments section seeing that the price is also “competitive”.Would I visit again? Honestly, I would visit the competitor because they feel more “worth it”.
