Everything is excellent, except somehow or rather a housefly managed to be in the restaurant disturbing our meal.
Went with a friend for dinner here. Had booked a table before we come. Quite a nice atmosphere and not very noisy during peak hours as well.We ordered two types of soup, which are spicy beef soup and collagen soup. I dun find the spicy soup very tasty. Except for spicyness, i do not feel that the spicy soup had any flavor. The collagen soup, on the other hand, is very flavourful. Service was really good as well. I would want to give praise to one of the service staff, Hoon Lee. She is very attentive, refilling our soup base when it is going low without asking. And also some of her recommendations on the meat.Will definitely come back again.

This is the outlet we regularly visit. Service is superb and food is always very fresh! Highly recommend their fish and seafood. As someone who works in retail, there are two workers I would like to recommend! One name Helen Chin, and another Chinese lady who served us at around 11 pm. Both of them served us really well. They were all very sweet! 🤎 the other staffs too!

Saw brochure for their lunch set special, with option to dine at their KINEX, Westgate and Vivocity branches. However, upon arriving at KINEX branch, was told that the lunch set is no longer offered, and only available at other branches. False advertising. Horrible experience.

I was brought here by some colleagues, I am a fun of hot pot, probably my favourite culinary experience and I really was not disappointed at this restaurant.
I used to come every week. Now gave birth my 2 boy and busy working so once in awhile still come here for hot pot. This is my favourite hot pot. Love their special fish paste that other place don’t have. The gradient is fresh and delicious. I love their collagen soup base. Really enjoyed my hotpot time with my friends and family here
Haven’t tried this outlet's food yet but we went in on a drizzling evening to check out the play area for kids. Was surprised to see such a big playground! Would be nice for kids in the daytime.

Among the similar priced HDL, XLK and BITP, This has the best mala soup base, best of the three. HDL just cmi now
Read up many good reviews so decided to give my 1st try with my child. But to my surprise, the staff never explain to me there is charges on the condiments and oso they don't give the token to my child for the toy as what others mentioned. HDL even will auto give whatever stuff for the kids. For this, i need to ask...they dont even serve kids meal like HDL. Think i wont pay $100 to come here anymore. My first and my last.
Great service and food is fresh and substantial serving portions. The Tomato based soup option along with the collagen infused soup are a great combination for you to try and consider.
Personally, BITP has the best collagen soup amongst all hotpot brands and you absolutely must order it here. Their fried ring rolls are also a top recommended item that I would never miss.The dining experience is quite pleasant - service here is good and the sauce bar is great as always.Recommended to book a slot online, but it’s likely you still need to wait to be seated upon arrival.
Wide variety of soup options available but you’ll be asked to order one full pot (even if you’re 1 pax). We tried mala, collagen, tomato and mushroom soup, and found the collagen to be the best. Food is simple, typical hotpot selection.
Service at Beauty in the Pot has really improved a lot. Much more attentive then before, but sadly the ingredients seems to deteriorate. My favorite were their Soft bone pork ball and the Fish Tofu. I used to order at least 2 full portions of the balls, now don't even want to finish 1 portion. Both does not taste the same as before not sure how to describe the difference. Soup still as good!
What a treat for a late night supper.We were craving for hotpot and we wondered into Beauty in the Pot after 11pm and was so happy to get a 20% discount. Plus it’s less crowded although there is a constant stream of people coming it. They open till 3am!!We started the base with 2 soups - their signature and a mala one. It’s spicy guys. Don’t try it if you can’t take the heat.We ordered light dishes but here’s the must-haves.Beancurd rolls. They have the best in town. Just dip it in for 3 secs to enjoy the warm and crunchy texture.Flat noodles. It’s chewy and less heavy than your regular noodles.Beef. We didn’t get the platter as it too late into the night. But choose your range of protein.Dumplings. I like how the skin becomes clear after it’s cooked.Enoki mushroom - must have!
Very good service from the staff. Their Broth is definitely better than HDL and also some of their dishes are better . As for appetisers obviously HDL is better.
Came nex beauty in the pot for dinner today, reach ard 730, enjoyed our time here until now. Jiale, kelly, xiao ya and xiao min were so nice n friendly, very attentive and efficient. Service even better then hai di lao. Will come again more often instead next time. The jiale abit green but a hard working n is a good boy.
It is mouthwatering and finger licking good with every bite of it. Nothing is better than having a scrumptious meal after a busy schedule that could warm your heart and fill up your tummy. The shrimp paste is juicy as the side dishes that leave a memorable mark for me. A meal is not complete without a delicious dessert to end with, yuzu smoothie is the perfect course to wrap up the feast. Of course, not forgetting the soup base Beauty Collagen that is ideal for the cold weather. Overall I am satisfied with the presentation of the food as well as the taste. Kudos to the chef and I will definitely come visit this shop again whenever possible.👍🏻👍🏻

We used to think that coming here is food quality outweighs their service. However, NEX outlet's staff gave us such a splendid dining experience^^We will definitely come back again!
To be honest. First time felt that beauty in the pot does provide service. Other outlets either bad attitude or it's very hard to get the staff's attention. Staff here takes initiative all the way..I didn't had to ask the Staff for anything at all.. thumbs up and keep up the good job. Visited here on Sun dinner time. The place is 3/4 full. Pls keep up the good job. Will visit again!

Service is prompt and food is not bad but just felt lacking compared to other branches and also I feel the "extras" one would expect for paying a premium (can eat buffet for same price) is not that satisfactory e.g no kachapong and while waiting you only can have a drink. Perhaps also it is CNY period, we had to wait past the booked reservation timing so was not in the best mood too. The raved drunken prawns was not bad tasting but not sure if it was not as fresh or peeling skills (the staff peels for you!) , 1/2 prawns were broken up. I did like the fried mushroom appetiser. Tried beef intestine for the first time at the restaurant and it was abit too crunchy for us. As always, the ramen is good, despite not having a show like HDL. Had their mala and collagen broth which was good as usual. Signature beancurd roll, shrimp paste and soft bone pork ball is recommended.

I can safely recommend the BITP store at Nex to the delight of steamboaters around Serangoon district. The service has been nothing short of exceptional with the server staff ceaselessly scrambling to filter the soup and helping with the soup ingredients
One of my favourite midnight spot.Love the collagen soup, one of the best hotpot soup, their meat is also very fresh. Their herbal chicken soup is very comforting also, good to rejuvinate one's soul. One of my favourite dish is their drunken prawns, must order.The food ingredients is 20% off after 10pm, very worth it.I'll definitely be back soon.
There was a crowd there on NYE but service was quick. As always, service was prompt and quick. Their soup bases are good; prefer this place than the other famous mala pot chain. Which quality of ingredients are good, price was also on the high side.

It's a little pricey but it operates into the deep night, beyond midnight. All are good, including the friendly service.
For parents.. there's a indoor playground within the restaurant for the kids & we were also showered with kids toys. Life saver ! Food is okay but service by staff is awesome! The waiters are friendly, the food is fresh, and the prices are fair. If someone has a birthday, the waiters will come and sing to congratulate them. It also stirred up the atmosphere and was very touching. This store also provides cakes and desserts, which is great.

Service was prompt. Food was fresh. Soup was great. It would be better if the collagen soup top up was also collagen based as the soup base tasted dilute towards the end and had no more collagen flavor. On other hand, tomato soup was good. Same flavor throughout the meal.

Used to love BITP , but was utterly disappointed with my latest visit at Nex outlet .Disappointed with the quantity and quality of food. We were informed that many of the items that we ordered were sold out after waiting for 20-30min . But it’s only 7pm, everything was sold out ?Waitress was spending more time promoting their membership than serving us our food .This is the most regrettable meal I had .
Good food and great service. Price may be a little on the high side but their service was impeccable, especially in doing a last minute request for a birthday celebration for our friend.I loved the condiments section and found them much fresher and better tasting than HDL.They were also patient with the kids and has a playground for them to play in when the kids got bored from all the adult talk and eating.Make a reservation as it gets crowded even on a weekday!
Had a late lunch here and the place was quite empty and peaceful. Service was great, soup was really good - my favourite is the collagen soup here (I feel it’s the best among all the other steamboat places with the same soup). The spicy pork broth was a little too spicy for me, but great for quickly cooking meats. The other dishes and sauces were great too! I prefer the beancurd skin rolls here compared to other steamboat places too because of its size and texture. We had free flow Luo Gan Guo drink, which was great in this hot weather. Staff were very friendly and attentive, and helped with the refilling of soup and drinks proactively. Pricing was not cheap, but reasonable given the amount we ordered. We enjoyed our experience here and will definitely be back again!
My no.1 place to have hotpot in Singapore!Has been an regular at Beauty in The Pot, their food and service is always the best!Never go wrong with their Beauty Collagen Broth and Mala Broth, their Mala broth is drinkable not like other hotpot restaurant which is not drinkable!Go for extra spicy if you are big spicy eater!Their drunken prawn is must order dish! They provide prawn peeling service as well!Highly recommended to everyone!
Brought my aunt for dinner. Attended with excellent services. Similar to HaiDiLao but it’s incomparable because I guess they have their ways to serve the customers’ needs. Overall we are satisfied with their soup ingredients and all the freshness food that served for us that night. I’m not much of steamboat eating person, but as a first-timer here, it is slight expensive than other competitive ones, but it was a great experience with their services. Thank you for having us. Will come again.
