I used to come every week. Now gave birth my 2 boy and busy working so once in awhile still come here for hot pot. This is my favourite hot pot. Love their special fish paste that other place don’t have. The gradient is fresh and delicious. I love their collagen soup base. Really enjoyed my hotpot time with my friends and family here
Haven’t tried this outlet's food yet but we went in on a drizzling evening to check out the play area for kids. Was surprised to see such a big playground! Would be nice for kids in the daytime.

Read up many good reviews so decided to give my 1st try with my child. But to my surprise, the staff never explain to me there is charges on the condiments and oso they don't give the token to my child for the toy as what others mentioned. HDL even will auto give whatever stuff for the kids. For this, i need to ask...they dont even serve kids meal like HDL. Think i wont pay $100 to come here anymore. My first and my last.

Personally, BITP has the best collagen soup amongst all hotpot brands and you absolutely must order it here. Their fried ring rolls are also a top recommended item that I would never miss.

Wide variety of soup options available but you’ll be asked to order one full pot (even if you’re 1 pax). We tried mala, collagen, tomato and mushroom soup, and found the collagen to be the best. Food is simple, typical hotpot selection.
Service at Beauty in the Pot has really improved a lot. Much more attentive then before, but sadly the ingredients seems to deteriorate. My favorite were their Soft bone pork ball and the Fish Tofu. I used to order at least 2 full portions of the balls, now don't even want to finish 1 portion. Both does not taste the same as before not sure how to describe the difference. Soup still as good!

Service was prompt. Food was fresh. Soup was great. It would be better if the collagen soup top up was also collagen based as the soup base tasted dilute towards the end and had no more collagen flavor. On other hand, tomato soup was good. Same flavor throughout the meal.

Good food and great service. Price may be a little on the high side but their service was impeccable, especially in doing a last minute request for a birthday celebration for our friend.
I loved the condiments section and found them much fresher and better tasting than HDL.

Had a late lunch here and the place was quite empty and peaceful. Service was great, soup was really good - my favourite is the collagen soup here (I feel it’s the best among all the other steamboat places with the same soup). The spicy pork broth was a little too spicy for me, but great for quickly cooking meats. The other dishes and sauces were great too! I prefer the beancurd skin rolls here compared to other steamboat places too because of its size and texture. We had free flow Luo Gan Guo drink, which was great in this hot weather. Staff were very friendly and attentive, and helped with the refilling of soup and drinks proactively. Pricing was not cheap, but reasonable given the amount we ordered. We enjoyed our experience here and will definitely be back again!

Brought my aunt for dinner. Attended with excellent services. Similar to HaiDiLao but it’s incomparable because I guess they have their ways to serve the customers’ needs. Overall we are satisfied with their soup ingredients and all the freshness food that served for us that night. I’m not much of steamboat eating person, but as a first-timer here, it is slight expensive than other competitive ones, but it was a great experience with their services. Thank you for having us. Will come again.
