Everything is excellent, except somehow or rather a housefly managed to be in the restaurant disturbing our meal.
Went with a friend for dinner here. Had booked a table before we come. Quite a nice atmosphere and not very noisy during peak hours as well.We ordered two types of soup, which are spicy beef soup and collagen soup. I dun find the spicy soup very tasty. Except for spicyness, i do not feel that the spicy soup had any flavor. The collagen soup, on the other hand, is very flavourful. Service was really good as well. I would want to give praise to one of the service staff, Hoon Lee. She is very attentive, refilling our soup base when it is going low without asking. And also some of her recommendations on the meat.Will definitely come back again.

This is the outlet we regularly visit. Service is superb and food is always very fresh! Highly recommend their fish and seafood. As someone who works in retail, there are two workers I would like to recommend! One name Helen Chin, and another Chinese lady who served us at around 11 pm. Both of them served us really well. They were all very sweet! 🤎 the other staffs too!
Fantastic food, beats haidilao by a mile. Excellent service, when I drop a chopstick (by accident of course) staff will pass me a replacement automatically within a minute. Highly recommended

Saw brochure for their lunch set special, with option to dine at their KINEX, Westgate and Vivocity branches. However, upon arriving at KINEX branch, was told that the lunch set is no longer offered, and only available at other branches. False advertising. Horrible experience.
Food was excellent as usual! They have a new Sichuan menu that is definitely worth trying. Esp the beef soup and the new dessert!

I was brought here by some colleagues, I am a fun of hot pot, probably my favourite culinary experience and I really was not disappointed at this restaurant.
I used to come every week. Now gave birth my 2 boy and busy working so once in awhile still come here for hot pot. This is my favourite hot pot. Love their special fish paste that other place don’t have. The gradient is fresh and delicious. I love their collagen soup base. Really enjoyed my hotpot time with my friends and family here
Haven’t tried this outlet's food yet but we went in on a drizzling evening to check out the play area for kids. Was surprised to see such a big playground! Would be nice for kids in the daytime.

Read up many good reviews so decided to give my 1st try with my child. But to my surprise, the staff never explain to me there is charges on the condiments and oso they don't give the token to my child for the toy as what others mentioned. HDL even will auto give whatever stuff for the kids. For this, i need to ask...they dont even serve kids meal like HDL. Think i wont pay $100 to come here anymore. My first and my last.

Personally, BITP has the best collagen soup amongst all hotpot brands and you absolutely must order it here. Their fried ring rolls are also a top recommended item that I would never miss.The dining experience is quite pleasant - service here is good and the sauce bar is great as always.Recommended to book a slot online, but it’s likely you still need to wait to be seated upon arrival.
Wide variety of soup options available but you’ll be asked to order one full pot (even if you’re 1 pax). We tried mala, collagen, tomato and mushroom soup, and found the collagen to be the best. Food is simple, typical hotpot selection.
Service at Beauty in the Pot has really improved a lot. Much more attentive then before, but sadly the ingredients seems to deteriorate. My favorite were their Soft bone pork ball and the Fish Tofu. I used to order at least 2 full portions of the balls, now don't even want to finish 1 portion. Both does not taste the same as before not sure how to describe the difference. Soup still as good!
What a treat for a late night supper.We were craving for hotpot and we wondered into Beauty in the Pot after 11pm and was so happy to get a 20% discount. Plus it’s less crowded although there is a constant stream of people coming it. They open till 3am!!We started the base with 2 soups - their signature and a mala one. It’s spicy guys. Don’t try it if you can’t take the heat.We ordered light dishes but here’s the must-haves.Beancurd rolls. They have the best in town. Just dip it in for 3 secs to enjoy the warm and crunchy texture.Flat noodles. It’s chewy and less heavy than your regular noodles.Beef. We didn’t get the platter as it too late into the night. But choose your range of protein.Dumplings. I like how the skin becomes clear after it’s cooked.Enoki mushroom - must have!
The soup is delicious, and desserts are given after the meal. My wife and I will come again in the future, hehe

Dined here on Valentine’s Day looking for comfort food and no queues or overpriced set menus.We were seated within the minute. Food quality and service were exceptional!Bill came to a reasonable huat huat total of $88 for the both of us. Because it was vday, the staff also surprised us with a lovely bouquet of soap roses, and a complimentary yuzu drink + marshmallow cake dessert. Completely unexpected, but so so lovely! We appreciated it.Other small things too like a return $30 voucher, aprons, and appetizers, completed the experience.It’s nice to dine somewhere where they value your business, and not some pretentious restaurant that capitalize and shake you down for every penny on vday.Compared to their competitor HaiDiLao, I would pick Beauty in a Pot any day for taste, value, and service 👍🏻

Went for reunion lunch and the process was smooth. Food was served swiftly and environment is nice.The appetisers and sauces are great as usual and my favourite soup base will always be the collagen soup. Amazing! Comes with many tofu and mushrooms alr, so don’t need to order more.Had their pork collar, tofu skin, potato slices, cheese balls and cabbage. All were fresh. Service is of course great and the ending yuzu slushie alike drink always makes my day!I actually like this more than hai di lao! HahaOh! The welcome drink - infused fruit drink is amazing!

I had an individual lunch set. It was great value with US beef (or other meat options), meatballs and a good selection of veggies and mushrooms. The food was fresh and the signature collagen soul was so good! The condiments buffet was complimentary because of the set. I liked the dipping sauce recipes. There was also a decent selection of sides and fruit and even ice cream and a lime juice granita at the end of the meal.Service was attentive and friendly.A lovely lunch!

I went here with my friend after watching Food King's video. My friend said she is very curious about this place and wanted to give it a try.So, when we visited Singapore, we went to this restaurant. We ordered a bunch of food and had a blast there. Everything was very fresh and the service is really good.

I feel that the service staff is very attentive to details. I was served by Yuan Yuan at vivocity. She notice that i needed to change plates and more serviettes. Thank you for serving us and make our dinner a good experience.

Great customer service and food. My girl had fun at their small indoor playground while waiting for her food to be served. Dinner crowd is insane, therefore we took a queue number the moment we arrived at Vivo. They reserved a table for us at our reserved timing and gave us a call when it’s ready.
Yesterday I came to Vivo Meiziguo for dinner. The overall experience was very good. First of all, the environment here is very comfortable. You can watch the scenery while eating. The service is also first-rate. The waiters are very enthusiastic and attentive. The dishes are really good in color, flavor and flavor. The whole meal I am very satisfied with the process, and there was a special surprise for me and a small gift🥰🥰
Came here for dinner with a friend, my first time at BITP. The restaurant is huge, feels like a hidden walled city inside. The atmosphere is nice and the service is good. I liked the wide assortment of condiments at the sauce bar, and the quality of the hotpot ingredients was impressive. I did feel quite cold when I first sat down at my table, but once the pot was bubbling away and we started eating then I felt much better.
Nice restaurant with a view, too bad beauty in the pot standard has dropped so so so much in terms of service & food quality. Ordered the beef & it served like a plate of minced meat with fats, requested to change 3rd time before a more decent looking plate of meat was served. Started eating since 1st outlet at Kinex, super disappointing

Slimming beef mala is a must have, alongside the all time fav collagen soup base. Come early (530pm onwards) to avoid the queuing. Free corkage too so BYOB!

We usually go there for birthday celebration as they also serve a very good sized cake if you inform the staff.They also had balloon sculture left at the counter and small toys for the kids. There is also an indoor playground for the kids too.Special mention to staff Fong Yu and Min for their superb service. Thanks !
My first Beauty experience and I am glad to have chosen to visit this outlet! Recommend to sit further inside the restaurant for the view and less crowded. Restaurant had a small play area for kids and gives Gachapong FOC for kids,simple ice-cream (vannila/strawberry) provided. Baby chair and utensils are provided. Service was prompt without too much disturbances which I like. Collagen soup was no doubt the star of the restaurant, was rich with umami flavour (probably due to the generous dried scallops used). The mala broth is good, slightly spicy and numbing, nothing to shout out but feel that malatang cannot get much better than this anyway. Side dishes (fungus, peanuts, seaweed, marinated radish..) are yummy! The side dishes might different slightly for the 2 stations so can check them out. Especially liked the Thai sauce (is nice and not expected taste) and minced meat/mushroom sauce. One comment would be that they can be more prompt in the refills as the fruits especially had run-out. Another nice touch to the experience was the yuzu slushy desert which is free flow (feels like it was made from the Korean yuzu drink), very refreshing! Their ingredients was fresh and nicely arranged. However, some popped out more than others- soft bone pork balls, cheese balls, smashed prawn and ling ling rolls. Ramen is what you expect from ordering noodles from Paradise restaurant (yums). The fish shaped fish cake was unique but a tad too soft overall for me.
I always trust youThe price is a bit expensive though.The taste is good, the Vivo City branch is the most comfortable❤️❤️There are many employees who do not speak English.I am not satisfied with the service compared to the service charge.If you are Korean, you may feel that the medium spicy flavor is less spicy, but please note that it becomes spicy as it is boiled.It tastes healthy. I personally like it better than Haidilao❤️
It’s a good hot pot experience.The soup base is very delicious with strong flavor. We ordered the mala and tomato soup. Recommend to order one or two soup base only. Otherwise, the size of each part would become very small and not convenient to cook the food.The meat is also interesting here. The beef dice is super.The sauce & snack corner is clean and tidy. Free ice cream is always offered by the staff. The staff is also friendly and efficient.

Terrible service but charging at HDL prices. Had to keep asking them to refill drinks, but most of the staff are so busy they dont bother to check.
Although there are many people during the dinner time, it is very busy. But the waiter Rong Rong was very patient and smiling.

Like other branches, they service good food and services. Fish Collagen soup is always the best thing in Beauty in a Pot. The soup is very thick and creamy, full with gelatin and collagen.
Came during off peak hours to enjoy the special promotion set - comes with 2 meat, dumping, cheese balls, noodles, veggie and black fungus, 3 broths. We topped up for the beauty collagen soup. Can feed around 3 ppl.The meats was fresh and yummy. Soup broths was also great - I feel that it’s nicer than HDL, especially the tomato soup. The la mian noodles was very chewy and Q!Service was prompt and polite.
Food is great, and services are excellent. But the lack of manpower is glaring when you need simple things like an additional pair of chopsticks or someone to adjust the hotpot, as you need to wait awhile before someone passes by and get his/her attention. No mee dancing, like you see at haidilao. Nevertheless the food is very fresh and comes with a 20 percent discount after 10.00pm. The nice soothing music and songs also add to the nice ambience. Overall, great place to be in.

Excellent service and ambience. Great view of Sentosa. Provided complimentary cake for 4 for my baby's full month. Slightly pricey at sgd120 for 2 adults and 2 children under 12. Very enjoyable lunch nevertheless, will be back for the next celebration!
Good quality produce and soup bases and even better service. The furniture and decor are really falling apart and sized very wrongly making it quite painful to sit at tight tables with hardly any space for your legs. The decor is also falling apart and the dining room is very tired.
I went to several BITP outlets but this was the worst experience for me and my family. Food was ok, hotpot standard. However, the environment and service were bad.Environment:We were given a corner seat as we had a baby pram. The corner was very cold and they did not had any blanket available.The seat was near the kitchen, we had to constantly hear them clearing the dishes which wasn’t very pleasant.Service: The waiter basically just served the food and drinks only. He did not bother to help us with any dishes (example other outlet or hotpot restaurant would usually ask if we would like their assistance to cook the prawn paste).Overall, we felt that the service did not meet our expectation for the price paid.

Don’t have any dish to specially recommend but would say that most of the food is good. The collagen broth comes at a premium but is pretty nice to drink on its own but cooking the meat in there doesn’t add too much flavour. On the other hand, the tomato soup adds more flavour to the food.Service wise, would say it’s visibly lacking if you compare it to its competitor who charge at the same price point. Still it’s nice that this outlet has a playground for kids to play around. Not much seats outside the shop for the waiting crowd, only a water dispenser.Have to say that the complimentary dessert drink that is offered at the end of the meal is really good. Wish they gave seconds for that!
My favorite hotpot place in Singapore. Wide varity of food and very friendly staffs. Giving appreciation to this lady FangFang, for being very helpful and always so cheerful at work. Highly recommended to dine in here.

Tables at the other end of Restaurant around those number 50-67 range were very neglected and so warm that our plum drinks refill n others had to be reminded numerous timesFood and soup are decentWill we revisit again ? Probably not
book 1 room for 10 pax and we order drinks and food excluding seafood. when settle for bill , staff give us receipt ask us to check. How to check the items in the list where all the plates /bottles have been cleared. estimated 200 +++ / person base on 10 person ( without order any seafood.). 10 persons turn up for the gathering and the shop charge us 19 person $$$ . conclusion= food is overprice , might well book 1 table at chinese restuarant with better food And drinksi
My only letdown (that is if you can call it as a negative) was that no staff accompanied us out when the evening was over. Otherwise it was a perfect night
The soup base, featuring both tomato and coconut, was delicious, and the ingredients used were exceptionally fresh. The service quality was on par with that of Hai Di Lao, making it a fantastic dining experience for the entire family!

One of the best hot pots in Singapore. Selection of soup bases are good, quality of food is better than most other alternatives. Service is impeccable but can be overbearing when they keep coming to clear the plates.
The service was very good, on the whole, a very pleasant dining experience.When asked for the name & country of origin of the yummy mandarin oranges served at the condiments counter, the waitress went all out to find out & reported back.
This was so disappointing, i waited for food for 2 hours and nothing was happening. Worst experience ever do not recommend at all. Please stay away from this place, they do not respect their customers, i hope u guys close
First time here but was very impressed with the service I received despite it's dinner time. The staff were attentive to the needs of the diners throughout the entire dining session eg refills of drinks, clearing the empty plates, scooping the noodles etc. Friendly and helpful and always try to answer the questions to the best of their ability. Will definitely return to this branch at The Star Vista. Keep up the good work!
